I’m a 34-year-old male independent support worker specializing in supporting people living with mental health disabilities, autism, and mobility challenges. With over four years of industry experience, including two years as a sole trader, I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support.
My approach is person-centred, providing reliable and flexible one-to-one support that fits each participant’s needs. I support participants to stay active in the community, maintain daily routines, and build confidence and independence.
Based in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley, I provide consistent one-to-one support focused on practical outcomes that improve quality of life.
